Meridian High School Celebrates Student Athletes at Spring Sports Athletic Banquet

The Meridian High School Athletics Department hosted its Spring Sports Athletic Banquet on May 11, 2026, in the MHS Boys’ Gym, recognizing the dedication, accomplishments, and hard work of Wildcat student-athletes throughout the spring season.
The evening began with a dinner for student-athletes before families, coaches, teammates, and supporters gathered for the awards program celebrating the achievements of Meridian High School’s spring sports teams.
Athletes participating in baseball, softball, track and field, powerlifting, tennis, bowling, esports, wrestling, chess, and flag football were honored during the ceremony for their commitment both on and off the field of competition.
Coaches took time throughout the evening to recognize team accomplishments, individual performances, leadership, sportsmanship, and the determination displayed by student-athletes during the 2025-2026 school year.
The banquet served as a special opportunity for the Meridian High School community to come together and celebrate another successful year of Wildcat athletics while honoring the students who proudly represented MHS throughout the spring season.
