Highlights from the Holiday Invitational Indoor Track Meet

The Meridian High School Indoor Track and Field Team competed in the Holiday Invitational Indoor Track Meet in Birmingham, Ala. on Saturday, December 13, 2025.
The Wildcats had several student-athletes who placed in the event.
Senior Serenity Reed took home second place in the Girls High Jump (37-7.25) and Girls Triple Jump (5-2).
- The Lady Cats placed 2nd out of 45 teams in the 4x200 Meter Relay. The Lady Cats team consists of Zauria Clark, Malia Scott, Kyndal Arrington, and Makaliah Boyd.
- Junior Zauria Clark placed 4th overall out of 172 runners in the Girls' 60 Meter Dash
- Senior Stephen Wilson placed 6th Overall in the 60 Meter Hurdles
Congratulations to these student-athletes who competed against schools from Mississippi and Alabama during the event.
