Boy's Basketball Championships
The MHS Basketball team won the the first 7A State Championship in 2024 and its first State Championship since 2017.

The MHS Football team has won three state championships in 1985, 1990, and 2008.

The Lady Wildcats won their only 6A State Championship in 2022 with a victory over Harrison Central.
